Windsor provided full MEP design and construction services for a major renovation of a 39-bed senior Memory Care facility with kitchen & dining amenities.

The existing facility was in disrepair and required extensive upgrades to revitalize, including new electrical service, new mechanical systems, and replacing a portion of the plumbing systems. This building is the first phase of a multi-building senior housing campus on beautiful Bainbridge Island in the Puget Sound area.
