Rose Way Industrial Park
Supporting economic development along the I-5 corridor, Windsor provided MEP engineering for the Port of Woodland’s Rose Way Industrial Park — a multi-building pre-engineered steel industrial campus designed to attract and serve light industrial tenants in Southwest Washington.
Working alongside Johansson Wing Architects, Windsor delivered mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the project, bringing a collaborative and constructibility-focused approach from early design through documentation. The result is a functional, well-coordinated facility built to serve the Port’s long-term development goals.
