1511 FAWCETT AVE. DEVELOPMENT

This exciting project was a preliminary study in downtown Tacoma consisting of a 15-story mass timber building over a common garage and retail space. The development included a combination of housing, housing amenities, future grocery store, and underground parking. Windsor provided feasibility study, concept, and mechanical and electrical coordination with mass timber.
