CANDELA MIXED USE

Candela is a two-building development over a shared underground parking garage in Mountlake Terrace, WA. The west building is 7 stories above grade and the east building is 8 stories above grade. There are a total of 424 dwelling units with associated amenity and future commercial retail uses. The project will achieve the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) C407 Performance Path utilizing a full energy model. Innovative solutions to the 2018 edition of the WSEC have been explored with the project team. Windsor’s scope includes full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design from concept to construction documents.
