INTRO CLEVELAND

INTRO Cleveland is a 450,000 SF, mixed-use mass timber high-rise building with 298 apartment units. The project was designed to use mass timber construction methods based in part upon the 2021 edition of the International Building Code prior to being published and adopted by state and local authorities. Programming included ground floor retail, apartment units, rooftop pool deck, and large event space. Retail design included planning for 10 shell spaces and providing necessary infrastructure and utilities to allow for future tenant buildouts. Windsor Engineers worked closely with the design and construction team in an integrated design delivery method. The project is aiming for LEED Silver certification. Features include a central VRF and DOAS system for the entire building.
