A client requested a preliminary study of their campus building systems. Windsor conducted a detailed analysis of the site's mechanical, electrical, and low voltage systems condition and performance. This assessment focused on systems supporting HVAC equipment, distribution, and building controls, along with relevant state and local code requirements.
Windsor's investigation verified compliance with ASHRAE 62.1 and Washington Code. Our team produced a basis of design document for each building that identified major design components, including outline specifications and an independent direct construction cost model.
When budget constraints reduced the project scope, Windsor adjusted our focus to the areas of greatest need, ensuring critical systems received priority attention while maintaining compliance with all requirements.
