NORTH ANNEXATION

Windsor provided land use consulting services to annex over 100 acres of property into Toledo city limits. The annexed area includes properties owned by eight landowners, developable lands that could support over 300 new homes, future commercial properties, and a future industrial park. The annexation also included transfer of roadway from Lewis County to the City of Toledo. The annexation was reviewed by the City of Toledo’s engineering and planning consultants and was approved by the City of Toledo, the Boundary Review Board, and Lewis County.
