PLOMONDON ROAD AND COWLITZ MEADOWS WATER PIPELINE
Windsor Engineers designed over 8,000 LF of public water main in the public right of way along Plomondon Road, Toledo-Vader Road, and within a newly developing neighborhood. The project also included sewer collection system infrastructure, frontage improvements to County and City roads, and design of new streets. The water improvements, when combined with a planned booster station, will provide flow and pressure for the largest ever annexation in the City of Toledo. The project was developer funded and was reviewed and approved by both the City of Toledo and Lewis County due to portions of the project being outside of the City. Windsor coordinated with Red Rock Homes, Midway Underground, Jolma Development, Toledo Tel, and Hayward Uskoski Associates on this project.
