THE FARMSTEAD

The Farmstead is a multi-phased housing development on a 69 acre site in Eugene, Oregon, consisting of 626 living units in a combination of single-family and multi-family. The project also included a clubhouse with a pool and multiple garages and outbuildings. Windsor provided MEP design and construction services.
