Welcome Shannon Joseph to Windsor

Shannon Joseph is Windsor Engineers’ newest Project Manager and Staff Engineer, with a passion for coastal infrastructure.

She holds a Master’s in Environmental Engineering and combines civil design expertise with hands-on experience as a licensed Wastewater Treatment Operator to guide projects from concept to completion.

Based on the Oregon Coast, Shannon thrives on building strong relationships, navigating complex regulations, and securing funding to bring big ideas to life, especially for coastal communities.

She also brings a great sense of humor to the mix, because even infrastructure projects deserve a little personality!
