Fernanda Ralis is Windsor Engineers’ newest addition to the Infrastructure team

We’re excited to welcome Fernanda Ralis to Windsor Engineers as a Designer III – Infrastructure, based in our Portland office.

Fernanda brings a strong background in civil design and the production of detailed plan sets across infrastructure projects, including traffic, wastewater, and environmental systems. She has contributed to major efforts such as the Southwest Corridor Light Rail Project, Bull Run Pipelines, and the Woods Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation project.

We appreciate Fernanda’s thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and her enthusiasm for the work. She’s a great addition to the team, and we’re looking forward to the contributions she’ll make across our projects.
