Windsor assisted the client in the development of a commercial site to include two new 5,000 SF buildings, each designed to host two business-owner tenants for their construction business offices and shop space.

The Windsor scope is comprehensive, including pre-application services, civil design, landscape design, mechanical/plumbing design, electrical design, permitting, oversight of architectural, structural, archaeological, septic, and traffic subconsultants.
