Oswald West Short Sands Beach Water System

Windsor Engineers designed a new water distribution system to replace aging water lines.

The project served several locations in Oswald West State Park, including the Short Sands Beach restrooms. The project was designed by Windsor following a challenging field assignment to develop as-builts of the current system.
