The Lofts At Kalama

As the prime consultant, Windsor Engineers provided design for a unique & challenging multi-family residential complex built into the side of a hill.

The project went through a public, planned unit development approval process to achieve 264 dwelling units on 65 lots. The majority of the site will be dedicated to the city including: ~500 parking stalls, ~5,000 feet of streets, utilities, parks. 1,900 feet of MSE retaining wall up to 25 feet high. Coordinated with architectural and structural for prototypical four & eight plex buildings, 20 feet high integrated concrete site walls, and planning for a future clubhouse. The project included power transmission main relocation, GPS, and construction support.
