Windsor Engineers provide preapplication, preliminary plat services, and civil engineering services for a new apartment building in Woodland, WA.

Windsor was the civil engineer. The apartment building was designed by Jackola Architecture (architectural / structural) and Windsor Engineers (mechanical, electrical, plumbing). The project included extensive coordination with the City and Clark County Fire & Rescue as it relates to access, water, sewer, stormwater, etc.
